Hedinichthys is a small genus of stone loaches endemic to China.

- Hedinichthys macropterus (Herzenstein, 1888)
- Hedinichthys minutus (S. C. Li, 1966)
- Hedinichthys yarkandensis (F. Day, 1877) (Kashgarian loach)
