Hebburn Comprehensive School is a mixed Secondary School in Hebburn, Tyne and Wear, England, with pupils aged from 11 to 16.

The school has recently been awarded Specialist Status in Maths and Computing, which will be used as a vehicle for improving standards and quality of provision for the school and the community.

In Spring 2010, the whole school began a complete refurbishment as part of the National Building Schools for the Future Scheme (BSF) and it will was completed by April 2012.

In April 2012 the whole school was reopened, and the refurbishment was complete, the school now has many new features like the Atrium or the new IT facilities.

Also later on in the year the Music block containing the LRC, Music Department and the Main Hall will also be refurbished.
