Heba El-Sisy (Arabic: هبة السيسي; born 1983 in El Mansoura, Egypt) is an Egyptian beauty queen[1] and television presenter. She was the official Pantene Miss Egypt 2004 titleholder. She represented Egypt in Miss Universe 2004 and then again at Miss World 2004. El-Sisy also won the title of Miss Supermodel of Egypt less than a year before becoming Miss Egypt. The first two runners-up to El-Sisy when she became Miss Egypt in 2004 were sisters.

El-Sisy is a Law student at Mansoura University. She has a brother and 7 sister. Her mother is a housewife; and her dad is a retired sergeant for the armed forces of Egypt. Ahmad Zaki was an influence on her life.

In 2005, El-Sisy replaced Rania Kurdi on the third season of SuperStar, the Arabic television show based on the popular British show Pop Idol. The telecast of Super Star 3 was delayed after the assassination of Future TV founder and Lebanese Prime Minister, Rafik Hariri, as the TV station went into mourning. El-Sisy's contract prematurely ended before the semi finals had begun, leaving Ayman to host solo for the rest of the season.
