Heather Simms (born February 25, 1970) is an American actress who has done parts on the Law & Order television series and the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas computer and video game as Denise Robinson.
Her filmography includes Broken Flowers, Flutter Kick, Shock Act, Kingscounty, Head of State, Third Watch, Friends, Stomping Down at Sugar Love's, Slow Run and Stop the World: I Want to Get Off. She also provided voice acting for the video game Red Dead Revolver. Heather attended Midwood High School in Brooklyn, New York.
