The Heathen Maiden ("Ajdovska deklica") viewed from Erjavčeva koča
The Heathen Maiden (Slovene: "Ajdovska deklica") is a rock formation that resembles a feminine human face. It can be seen in Prisojnik near Kranjska Gora, in the Julian Alps in Slovenia. It is associated to a legend about the Goldenhorn and the vila - which is a Slavic version of Nymph - dwelling in the mountain.
