Hayer clan
Hayer, also spelled as Hayre or Her, is a Jat clan found in the region of Punjab in India and Pakistan.
History and origin
The Hayer clan, along with the related Maan and Bhullar clans, are dubbed Asl Jatts as they are considered the original Jat clans of Punjab. Aside from this relation, they are said to have familial ties with the Purewal clan.
