Hawick Harlequins RFC

Hawick Harlequins Rugby Football Club are a Scottish Rugby Union team. Based in Hawick, Scotland they play in the East Regional Leagues. Hawick Harlequins is famous for its social side. Drinking games include Spoofs (Both "standard" and "dancing"), Randomizer, Submerge, Arrogance and many more. The club is also known to be capable of creating drinking variants of almost anything, including the song The Grand Old Duke of York and the Eurovision Song Contest. These games are always played using the famous but dreaded red wine & coke, aka "Devil Juice".

Hawick Harlequins famously defeated the Canterbury Crusaders touring side in 1999 at Wilton Lodge Park 36-35 in one of the greatest matches ever played at the 'fortress'. They also played at Murrayfield Stadium in 2002 when they reached the final of the BT Bowl competition, losing to Ellon RFC.
