Hatun Waychawi (Quechua hatun big,[2] hispanicized spelling Jatun Huachahui)[3] or just Waychawi (Huaychahui)[1] is a 5,445-metre (17,864 ft) high mountain in the Andes of Peru. It is the highest mountain in the Wansu mountain range .[1] Hatun Waychawi is situated in the Arequipa Region, on the border of the Castilla Province, Orcopampa District, and the La Unión Province, Puyca District, and in the Cusco Region, Chumbivilcas Province, Santo Tomás District. It lies southwest of Wiska Tunqu.[3]
