Hasan Özer (1 October 1974) is a Turkish former footballer and currently a football manager. As of October 2014, he most recently managed TFF First League side Gaziantep BB at 2013–14 season.

Known for his acrobatic skills, Özer scored numerous bicycle kicks during his career, scored against Altay[2][3] and Ankaragücü[4] in 2002, Göztepe[5] in 2003.
