Has is a future municipality in Kukës County, northeastern Albania. It will be created in 2015 by the merger of the present municipalities Fajzë, Gjinaj, Golaj and Krumë. The seat of the municipality will be the town Krumë.[1] The total population is 16,790 (2011 census), in a total area of 399.62 km2.[2] It is coterminous with the former Has District.
