Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley is a farm simulation role-playing game developed by Tabot, Inc. for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released in North America in November 4, 2014, and will be released in Europe in 2015.[2] Unlike previous entries in the Harvest Moon series, there are no plans to release the game in Japan,[3] and it was not developed by Marvelous Entertainment. Their newest entry in the series, Story of Seasons, is being published in North America by XSEED Games. Natsume holds a trademark on the name "Harvest Moon," which prevented XSEED from using it.[4]

Development

The game was first announced during E3 2014 by Natsume.[5][6]

Gameplay

Players are able to modify their home such as expanding it and moving items around on the inside of their home but the players home can not be moved from its original place. Players can also modify their world, including terrain elevations and building locations. Players are also able to get married, have a child, buy pets and help villagers with requests.
