Harry J. Jacoby (1910 – 1993) was an American football and basketball coach. He served as the third head football coach at Boise Junior College—now Boise State University—coaching three seasons, from 1940 to 1941 and again in 1946, and compiling a record of 9–10–2. Jacoby was also the head basketball coach at Boise Junior College for two seasons, from 1939 to 1941, tallying a mark of 24–21.
