Muhammad Haroon Khan also known as Badshah Khan (Urdu: بادشاه خان), an ex-provincial Minister for Agriculture Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Member of Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the ruler of Sum Elai-Mang a village/state in Sirran Valley, Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sum is also a union council (an administrative subdivision) of Mansehra District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
Political career
Badshah Khan became a member of Pakistan Peoples Party, a member of Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and became the Agricultural Minister of the Province. His sons succeeded on different Ministries afterwards.
Family
Haroon Khan Badshah had five sons: Shahzada Muhammad Asif Khan, Shahzada Muhammad Gushtasip Khan, Shahzada Muhammad Azam Khan (deceased), Shahzada Muhammad Arif Khan, and Shahzada Muhammad Kashif Khan. They belongs to Swati Khankhel family[1]
New generation
His eldest grandson Shahzada Fahad Haroon Khan was the first to enter Political career professionally with President Pervez Musharraf’s All Pakistan Muslim League. Later he went to United Kingdom for higher studies.All the hopes of people for a great future of District Mansehra and KhyberPakhtunkhwa are with him.
