Hardy Limeback

Hardy Limeback was a Canadian associate professor and head of preventive dentistry at the University of Toronto, as well as a part-time dentist. He is the former President of the Canadian Association of Dental Research. He received his PhD in collagen biochemistry and his DDS from the University of Toronto. He has authored or coathored over 80 publications on dentistry.[1]

Limeback is known for his stance against fluoridation, which began in 1998. Prior to that, he has been called "one of Canada's primary promoters of fluoridation",[2][3] publishing several papers on its benefits.[4]
