Haranomachi Station (原ノ町駅 Haranomachi-eki) is a railway station operated by East Japan Railway Company in Minamisōma, Fukushima, Japan.

Lines

Haranomachi Station is served by the Jōban Line, and is located 286.9 km from the official starting point of the line at Nippori Station. However, due to damage to the line caused by the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, trains from Haranomachi are able to travel only as far as Sōma Station to the north, and are unable to travel further south than this station. Full services are not expected to resume until after 2017. Services toward Odaka station will resume 2016.

Station layout

Haranomachi Station has a side platform and an island platform connected to the station building by an overhead passageway. The station has a Midori no Madoguchi staffed ticket counter.
