Harald Thon (born 1954) is a Norwegian orienteering competitor and world champion.
He received a gold medal in the relay event at the 1981 World Orienteering Championships in Thun, with Øyvin Thon, Tore Sagvolden and Sigurd Dæhli.[1][2]
He received another relay gold medal in 1983, with Morten Berglia, Øyvin Thon and Tore Sagvolden.[1] He finished tenth in the individual event in the 1981 championships. Harald Thon is older brother of Øyvin Thon.
