Hans Cornelis (born 13 October 1982 in Eeklo) is a Belgian football player who plays as a right back. He is currently playing for Cercle Brugge.

Cornelis was part of a last minute transfer deal in the late evening of 31 August 2009. Cercle Brugge and RC Genk came to an extensive agreement: Cornelis was sold to Cercle Brugge, his team mate Jelle Vossen joined him on loan. Thomas Buffel made the opposite move.
