Hannah Davis (born May 5, 1990) is an American fashion model who appeared in the 2013 and 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues[1] and was featured on the cover for the latter edition.[2]

Early life

Davis was born and raised in Saint Thomas, in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the daughter of Deborah L. "Debi" (Behm) and Conn Jay Davis, Sr.[3][4][5][6] She stated that the best part of growing up there was "the friendly people, great weather and waking up to the sound of the waves on the beach".[7]

Career

Professionally, Davis appeared in campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Blue Label and walked in their 2006 Spring/Summer runway show. She was additionally the face of the Ralph Lauren fragrance, Ralph Rocks.[8]

Davis appeared on two individual covers for Italian 'D' Magazine in 2006, Mexico's Elle in August 2009, France's FHM in September 2012 and South Africa's FHM in April 2013.[8]

She modeled for Victoria's Secret as well as American Eagle Outfitters, Tommy Hilfiger, and Levi's.[8] Davis is appearing in televised advertisements as the DirecTV Genie.[9]

On February 9, 2013, Davis was announced as part of the lineup for the 2013 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.[1] On February 4, 2015, she was announced as covermodel of the 2015 issue.[2]

Personal life

Davis has played tennis since she was eight years old and was a champion on the Caribbean National tennis team and played on the Caribbean Tennis Circuit. She was also on the Virgin Islands National Volleyball Team.[10]

She is frequently identified as the girlfriend of former baseball player Derek Jeter, who is 16 years her senior.[11][12][13]
