Hanna Elise Marcussen (born 1977) is a Norwegian politician for the Green Party.

Along with Harald A. Nissen she is national spokesperson for the party—equivalent to party leader.[1][2][3] She represents Oslo.

In November 2012, she lost a fight against Rasmus Hansson for the top spot on the party's ballot for the Norwegian parliamentary election, 2013.[4] She instead got the top spot on the party's ballot in Rogaland in February, 2013.[5]
