Han Jae-Woong (Korean: 한재웅; born 29 September 1984) is a South Korean football player who currently plays for Hong Kong Rangers. He formerly played for Ulsan Hyundai, Busan I'Park, Daejeon Citizen, Jeonnam Dragons, Incheon United and the Thai club Buriram United.

Han played at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.[1]
