Humsherian is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of Mansehra District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1] It lies just south of Bherkund and north west of the district capital Mansehra in an area affected by the 2005 Kashmir earthquake.[2] Humserian was an integral part of the Khanate of Khan Mast Khan back in the 19th century with headquarters at Gandhian . However, this village was assigned by Khan Mast Khan to his eldest son, Khan Faqira Khan Mastkhel . As such, The Khan Family of this village also belongs to Mastkhel clan of Tanoli Tribe.
