HMS Ganymede (1809)

HMS Ganymede was a British prison hulk which was moored in Chatham Harbour in Kent, England. HMS Ganymede was the former French frigate Hébé, which captured by the British in 1809 and renamed Ganymede, serving with the Royal Navy before being decommissioned.[1] She was converted to a prison hulk in 1819 and broken up in 1838.
