Several ships of the Royal Navy have borne the name HMS Fairfax:

• Fairfax, a 52-gun Speaker-class frigate launched in 1650, and accidentally burnt in 1653.
• HMS Fairfax, a 52-gun Speaker-class frigate launched in 1653, and wrecked in 1682.
