Gulf Shores High School is a high school in Gulf Shores, Alabama, United States that serves grades 9-12 and is part of the Baldwin County Public Schools in Alabama. The school is at the center of a plan to build a combination high school - junior college campus which would alleviate overcrowding at the present school while providing a close link with Faulkner State Community College.[1]
Administration
Gulf Shores High School is part of the Baldwin County Public Schools system and is one of nine high schools in the county. The Superintendent of Education for the county is Robbie Owen.
School principal is Dr. Ernesto Rosado. Rosado is a former United States Air Force officer. He earned his master's degree in Special Education in 1985 and his Ed.D in 2003. He previously served as principal of Daphne Middle School and Gulf Shores Middle school. He was named principal of the high school in 2008.[2]
