Guilford High School is a high school located in Rockford, Illinois. Guilford High School is one of four public high schools of the Rockford Public School District 205. (Auburn, East, Jefferson, and Guilford).
The school's projected 2006-2007 enrollment is over 2,100 students and 170 teaching and support staff.
It was the first high school in the Rockford School District to have school colors other than red and black, such as West (now a middle school), Rockford East High School, and Auburn's colors. The school's colors are Columbia Blue and White. The school has an almost identical design to that of Auburn High School. However, Auburn High School was created first, and Guilford was built upon the design with slight improvements.The school's stadium, Swanson Stadium, is shared by Rockford East high school and Guilford.
