Guan Jing

Guan Jing (died 199), courtesy name Shiqi (士起), was a military general serving under the warlord Gongsun Zan in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. In 199, Gongsun Zan, being hopelessly besieged in the Battle of Yijing by Yuan Shao's army, committed suicide by self-immolation. Knowing this, Guan Jing nobly rushed into the army of Yuan Shao and died, following his lord's fate.
