Guadalupe is a city located on the northern part of São Tomé Island, which is part of the island nation of São Tomé and Príncipe. It is the eight largest city with a population of 1,734. The city also serves as the capital of Lobata district.
Guadalupe is linked with a road encircling the whole island as well as to Neves and the capital of São Tomé and south to Trindade.
