Greek National Road 11 (Greek: Εθνική Οδός 11, abbreviated as EO11) is a dual carriageway in the Thessaloniki Urban Area in Central Macedonia, Greece. Planned in 1975 and put into service in the 1990s, it is the north-western section of the Thessaloniki Inner Ring Road.
Starting from an interchange with the Motorway 25 in northern Thessaloniki, it passes the municipalities Pavlos Melas, Kordelio-Evosmos and Ampelokipoi-Menemeni and connects with the Thessaloniki New Western Entrance and Motorway 2.
The road is currently being further upgraded to full Motorway standard with three new intersections being built.[1] Upon completion the road is planned to be named Motorway A121.[2]
