Great Lakes Brewery is a brewery in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Founded in 1987,[1] the brewery was purchased by the Peter Bulut Sr. in 1990. Bulut was an immigrant to Canada from Italy, and previous to that, Yugoslavia. The brewery was successful enough by Autumn of 1990 that it was moved to 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd, where the brewery remains to this day.[2] Peter Bulut Sr. died on 30 September 2009,[3] leaving the company to his son, Peter Bulut Jr.
The brewery currently employs approximately 30 people.[2]
