The "Grand Army of the Republic Memorial", by Scottish-American artist/sculptor J. Massey Rhind, (1860-1936), is an American Civil War memorial in the national capital, Washington, D.C.. It is also known as the "Dr. Benjamin F. Stephenson Memorial", founder of the Grand Army of the Republic.

It is located at Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. and 7th Street in Northwest, Washington, D.C. Sculpted in 1907, it was dedicated on July 3, 1909.[3] The statue is a contributing monument to the Civil War Monuments in Washington, D.C., of the National Register of Historic Places.
