Graeme Horne (born 22 March 1985 in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire) is a professional rugby league footballer for the Hull Kingston Rovers. He previously played for Hull FC and Huddersfield Giants. His preferred position is loose forward.

Horne played for Hull since he was 17 years old. He has also played for England and Scotland. He played at Wembley Stadium in the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final against St. Helens for Hull even though missing out on his place in 2005 despite playing in every round. He is also the younger brother of Great Britain international Richard Horne.

Hull reached the 2006 Super League Grand final to be contested against St Helens RLFC and Horne played from the interchange bench in his side's 4-26 loss.[2] He had been named in the Scotland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[3]
