Gracen is a municipality in the Elbasan District, Elbasan County, central Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 2,192.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Gracen, Plangarice, Terbac, Bodin, Shingjin, Gjorme, Pajenge, Mamel and Dopaj.[3]
