Gowrie railway station is located on the Upfield line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the northern Melbourne suburb of Fawkner opening on 16 October 1928 as Rail Motor Stopping Place 21. It closed on 5 May 1956, reopening on 17 May 1965 as Gowrie.[1] It was upgraded to a Premium station in 1998.[2]

North of the station, the double track becomes single for the journey to Upfield.
