Gordan Ciprić (born 30 March 1965) is former Croatian footballer, who is now a coach. He was born in Zagreb.He graduated from Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb.[1]

Playing career

In playing career he played for Inter Zaprešić, NK Zagreb, HNK Šibenik, Metalac, HAŠK, Eintracht Sondershausen, FSV Wacker 90 Nordhausen, Borussia and VfB Bad Rappenau. He also played for youth teams of GNK Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split.

Coaching career

As a head coach he led GNK Dinamo Zagreb youth team,[2] Hrvatski Dragovoljac,[3] HAŠK,[3] NK Zagreb[2] and as an assistant manager he worked in GNK Dinamo Zagreb,[4] Croatia U21,[5] NK Zagreb,[6] Slaven Belupo.[7] and Kayserispor.

He was also personal coach of footballer Robert Prosinečki in time while he was playing in Portsmouth F.C. and Standard Liège.[8] From 2007 to 2012 he is serving as scout of Croatian national football team.[9] He has worked with many Croatian coaches such as Slaven Bilić, Ivo Šušak, Nikola Jurčević and Robert Prosinečki.

On 15 October 2012,it was confirmed that he will be assistant manager to Robert Prosinečki at Kayserispor.[10] He left Kayserispor along with Robert Prosinečki. He was appointed on Decembar 4 2014 as an assistant coach to Robert Prosinečki in Azerbaijan national football team.[11] [12]
