Gone with the Bullets (Chinese: 一步之遥) is a 2014 Chinese film directed by Jiang Wen and also starring Jiang Wen, Ge You, Zhou Yun and Shu Qi.[3] Production started on location in Beijing at the China Film Group studio in Huairou on October 2, 2013.[4] Production wrapped before the Chinese New Year holiday.[1] The film was released on December 18, 2014.[5] It was screened in the main competition section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival.[6]
Plot
The film is set in 1920s Shanghai, surrounding a beauty pageant.[1]
