Gold Ting Restaurant Corporation

Gold Ting Restaurant Corporation was a Manhattan eatery business which became insolvent during the Great Depression. The company operated the Heights Palace Restaurant located at 560 West 181st Street .[1]

In May 1930, the firm suffered a capital reduction, reducing its capital equity from $150,000 to $40,000.[2]

Bankruptcy proceedings against the Gold Ting Restaurant Corporation began in January 1932. Petitions filed against it included $652 from John Randles, Inc., $263 from Charles H. Nolte, Inc., and $1,574 from the Orient Beef Products Corporation.[1]

A receiver was appointed for the restaurant company on January 8, 1932.[3]
