GoGoDragons

GoGoDragons is a community-arts initiative in Norwich. Modelled on the worldwide CowParade public art exhibitions, local artists were asked to submit designs with the winners being turned into community artwork by the artists themselves. So far the initiative has taken place in 2008 and 2013 with, decorated Baby Elephants[1] and Gorillas [2]being presented on each occasion. Each of the Dragons is sponsored by a Norwich local business, group or trust and the sculptures will hit the streets of Norwich. The proceeds of this project will fund the valuable work of Norfolk charity Break [3] who support vulnerable children, young people and families across East Anglia.
