Gmina Brudzew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Turek County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Brudzew, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Turek and 121 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of 112.72 square kilometres (43.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,115.
