Glyn Roberts (17 November 1982) is an Australian playwright and producer.

He is best known as co founder and former-Creative Director of Melbourne's new writing theatre: MKA: Theatre of New Writing.[1] He's currently Program Manager at Brisbane's premiere contemporary theatre company, La Boite Theatre Company.

Summary

Glyn Roberts is a playwright, producer, dramaturg and educator. Until September 2013 Glyn was one of the Creative Directors of MKA: Theatre of New Writing, under which the company was the 2012 recipient of the Green Room Special Award for Contribution to Independent Theatre in Melbourne. His play Triangle was short-listed for the 2011 Patrick White Playwrights' Award and his play She Dances Like a Bomb was placed on the highly commended list for the 2013 Griffin Award. In 2013 Glyn was a writer-in-residence with Melbourne's acclaimed Red Stitch Actors' Theatre. He holds a Masters in Writing for Performance from the Victorian College of the Arts.
