Gjergjan is a municipality in the Elbasan District, Elbasan County, central Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 5,126.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Bujares, Gjonme, Gjergjan, Keshtjelle, Koder Bujares, Muriqan and Thane.[3]
