Giorgio Oberweger (December 22, 1913 in Trieste October 14, 1998 in Rome) was an Italian athlete who competed mainly in the discus throw and in the 110 hs.

Biography

He won two medals, at senior level, at the International athletics competitions.[1]

Oberweger competed for Italy in the 1936 Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany in the discus throw where he won the bronze medal. In 1938 in the European Championships Oberweger in the discus throw won the silver medal.

National championships

He has won 4 times the individual national championship.[2]
