Gilles Daniel Mbang Ondo (born 10 October 1985) is a Gabonese football striker, who is currently a free agent.
Career
Ondo began his career for the youth team of Paris Saint-Germain. He then signed with Auxerre. Ondo played 1 game for the reserve team of Auxerre. In July 2007, he signed for SC Eisenstadt in the Regionalliga Ost. Ondo played 13 games, and scored 1 goal for Eisenstadt. After just half a season in Austria, he signed in January 2008 to Landsbankadeild club Grindavík.
On 19 January 2011, he was presented by Tippeligaen club Stabæk, where he played for one season, before he moved on to Sandnes Ulf. In January 2013, he signed for Nejmeh, where he scored 5 goals in 9 games for the Lebanese club. Ondo then signed for Al Taawoon in the UAE Division 1 Group A, where he scored 16 goals in 21 games.
International career
Ondo is a member of the Gabon national football team.[2] He made his debut for the Black Panthers on 7 September 2008 against Lesotho.
Personal life
Mbang holds a French passport and is the brother of Loic Mbang Ondo.[3]
