The Gilbert Hadley Three-Decker is an historic three-decker at 31 Russell Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. It is a well preserved example of the form with Stick style architecture. It is unusual for the arrangement of its porches, including a single story porch with stick-work friezes and balustrades, and three-tier porches on the sides. The first known owner was Gilbert Hadley, a carpenter who also lived in the house.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
