Ghayal Once Again (previously titled as Ghayal Returns[1]) is an upcoming Indian action drama film directed by Sunny Deol himself and produced by Dharmendra.[2] It is the sequel to 1990 super-hit film Ghayal. The film is scheduled to release on 13 November 2015 which will be competing with Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo at the box office this diwali.
Synopsis
The film will take-off from where the first version left off. The movie is based on a real-life event in the life of a Mumbai Police encounter specialist.[3]

Development
In 2013 producer Dharmendra expressed his interest to work on the sequel to Ghayal, and actor Sunny Deol supposed to direct it, with the title Ghayal Returns.[5][6] But in January 2015 it is revealed that Sunny Deol would not direct the sequel, instead it will be directed by Rahul Rawail, and it has been re-titled as Ghayal Once Again.[7]
