Ghatiya

Ghatiya also known as Ghati is an deep fried Indian snack made from maida flour.[1] It is a popular tea time snack in Gujrat and North India.[2] It is soft and not crunchy like most other Indian snacks.[3] A sweeter version is called as Mitta Ghatiya.

Methi Ghatia Snack made out of lentils and fenugreek seeds.
