Gertz (department store)

Gertz was an American independent department store, situated in Queens, NY, with branch stores in Flushing, Hicksville, Bay Shore and Massapequa. The Bay Shore location was then a Stern's for several years until finally being converted to a Macy's department/clearance store in its final years before being demolished and turned into a Lowe's. ^[1]
