Geri King (born March 28, 1979), is an American R&B and soul singer-songwriter, composer and record producer.

Biography

R&B recording artist Geri King released her debut EP “Tenderly” in 2000, shortly after she signed with the New York based Independent record label Nuendo Music Group. Her second release, a full length album, in 2002 entitled "'Deja Vu", appeared on Australian radio charts for over 30 weeks, with 4 top 10 singles: "Sunny Days", "Got It Going On", "Not The Man For You" and the number 1 single "Now That I Know".

King formed Seshet Music Publishing through BMI in 2000 and Abstract Orange Music as her personal publishing company through SESAC in 2010. Through the company Under Seshet Music she has composed music for the television series Witchblade and Smallville. She has also composed and co-produced the songs "People Get Ready", "This Is Our World", and the Dove Award Nominated song "Anointing" for Gospel Artist Connie Johnson-Brown.

In 2004, Geri released her third album Always in 2004 which was her production debut.

In 2004, Always was digitally released in the United States after Nuendo Music Group signed a distribution deal with Red Distribution/Sony-BMG. Always was mastered in Manhattan, New York by Tom and Jim Brick.

In 2007, Geri and her production partner Kimo Kaulani formed the music production company Audio Blueprint, recording facility Studio 7 Recording, graphic design company Lotus Media Design and record labels Khepera Records, Sonic Flux Music and Endless Soul Music all of which are under their parent company 141 Entertainment,Inc.

In June 2011, through merger and acquisition, 141 Entertainment, Inc was closed and the new parent company was formed as The Denar Group, Inc. The new parent company brought Dream Chase Pictures into its fold to join the existing group of companies.
