Georgia Davies (born 11 October 1990) is a London-born Welsh swimmer who represents Wales and Great Britain.[1] In 2014, Davies won the gold medal in the 50 metres backstroke, and silver in the 100m backstroke at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. A month later, she won silver in the 50m baclstroke and bronze in the 100m backstroke and 4 x 100m medley relay at the 2014 European Championships.
She earlier competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Women's 100 metre backstroke, finishing in 6th place in the heats and qualifying for the semifinals.
