George E. R. "Gus" Kinnear II (born January 12, 1928) is a retired four star admiral in the United States Navy who served as U.S. Military Representative, NATO Military Committee from 1981 to 1982. He was born in Mounds, Oklahoma.[1] He attended George Washington University and Stanford University.
