Geogepa monticola is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in Japan (Honshu). The habitat consists of subalpine and alpine forests.
The length of the forewings is 6.5-8.5 mm in males and 7-8.5 mm in females. The ground colour of the forewings is light greyish ochreous, with weak fuscous reticulation and deep reddish brown markings. The hindwings are light grey with a slight brownish hue. There is one generation per year.[2]
